Pay is very good but that's it. As an employee of this company I personally would not recommend anyone to work there. Superintendents have no backbone and those who work in "the blue building" have no concern for their employees.
If you are in a rush...dont plan on it here. They are not in a hurry getting your load together. I've been here 4 hours still waiting. If you are on electronic logs...let your dispatch know this place will eat your time!!!
Possibly the worst managed place I have ever worked. The place had alot of potential. Baby Boomer management has blinders on to the evolving economy. They spend money like they hit the lottery. Unfortunately by there poor management skills, and lack of experience at the top level this mill doesn't stand a chance in any economy. Hopefully someone will purchase this mill wipe out top management and get this plant running great again.
