I was going through tough times, and needed 2 more days to get my bill paid. I was told that this was not an option and my service would be disconnected and a late fee and reconnecting fee would have to be paid in order to have my service reconected. No compassion!

I have lived in my house on high street for a year now only have got 4 bills .and one had my sister in laws name on it that has never lived in the house ..i asked them about getting the bills and it's the mail man not them .they said you need to talk to the post office .so I did and they tell me they mail out what they tell them in bulk .so my point is if I come by and pay my bill to 0 and the next week it's cut off with more to pay .I say something about it to them and now it happens all the time ....guess I will go by every week to check and see if I owe them so it don't get cut off for the 4th time ....also my bill is all over the place 30 one month 80 the next with no leaks at all ..sick of it

Not very happy with this company. They were my water provider at my former home. I still own the home but no longer live there. However, I left the water on there for times I might need it. I pay my bill onlne through my bank's bill pay system. They can be slow at times getting the payment to the utility company so I try to pay a bit early. Imagine my surprise when I get a bill for triple the usual cost. I called the utility company and found out that my payment did not get there in time, so they shut my water off. That's understandable, but here's the bad part. They turned it back on without my consent and never even let me know it was turned off in the first place. They promptly charged me a $35.00 reconnection fee. I would have told them to leave the water off if I'd known they'd turned it off. Even still, why reconnect it without my authorization? It was very shady of them to do this and that is why I will not recommend them.

This company is the worst utility I have ever had to deal with. I have lived in my home for seven years and always pay my bill on time but the bill is never consistent even though my water usage is. I always do the same amount of laundry, we take the same showers everyday and it seems that some months my water bill is fifty some odd dollars and others it is thirty some odd dollars. I understand there will be some fluctuation in my bill but twenty dollars worth? This month I received a bill for thirty five and some change and last month I paid sixty seven. I've checked it out and there are no leaks. This is just ridiculous. When you try to get to the bottom of the issue they always make out like it's the customer's fault. Someone needs to take a look at management over there and put someone new in charge.
